1 to 1 Talking Therapy

Waitlisted Service
Sometimes it’s easier to talk to a stranger than to relatives or friends. During talking therapy, someone listens to you and helps you find your own answers to problems, without judging you.
We will give you time to talk, cry, shout or just think. It’s an opportunity to look at your problems in a different way with someone who’ll respect you and your opinions.
To enquire about this service please call tjackfoundation@gmail.com
Although there are lots of different types of talking therapy, they all have a similar aim: to help you feel better. Some people say that talking therapies don’t make their problems go away, but they find it easier to cope with them and feel happier.
Therapy is available by appointment only after a Mental Health Assessment.
Talking Therapy is available exclusively for children and young adults (up to age 21 years) we add in other therapies such as play therapy and art therapy and often add in games that are therapy based. Our main aim is to build a relationship and trust with young people first before they start opening up about what they are struggling with. Then we can start working on starting to feel better..

Knit n Natter

Knit n Natter is a fantastic group where you can meet new people and learn to knit or crochet. Our group is open to all ages from beginner to expert.

You might just like to come and knit your own things. Even if you’ve never knitted or crocheted before why not pop in and try it you never know it might be something you really enjoy.
