Our “Listening Ear” service or “Active Listening” as it is also known is an opportunity to talk for 20 mins.
Listening Ear is provided by a trained member of staff who will listen to you in a non judgmental way, it is about really listening and hearing you and your feelings which may be anger, hurt, joy.
Listening Ear Appointments are available in hub, via telephone and virtual consultation (computer).
Everything shared is in confidence. We don’t offer solutions or advise and through active listening the solutions can normally be found from within you.
