Today we dropped off our yearly Christmas gifts. This year we chose Loaves and fishes food bank in East Kilbride.
They aren’t just a food bank they provide everything that people need to help them survive, to give them independence, allow people to feel better about themselves, to keep their head above water,.
They also provide a cooking without energy course to help people to eat healthy at very little cost.
I visited their unit in East Kilbride today, this was a total eye opener for me, this charity is amazing absolutely outstanding work the do, they put their heart and soul into providing help and support for people that are struggling.
